The roving in the photo "primary colors" yielded this yarn. My husband said the skeins reminded him of a braided rug.

I love every step of the process in making this yarn and it's satisfying to see what people do with it.

even though I felt bloated and ugh today (all dry and yucky, and too tired to do makeup), the lighting in the bathroom was all diffused and pretty and I didn't want to waste it... too bad the mirror had little makeup marks and water droplet marks all over it.

Side braid for stressful moments.

one of the cheerleaders from my son's pop warner football team. I was drawn to how the bow contrasted with her hair, and the interesting texture from her pom poms.

A man was braiding the hair of girls as shown. It looked very time consuming. I'm not sure how much he charged.

I can't help but miss my braids.Low maitenence and pretty nifty.

Love my girls. They really do like me too - it only looks like I'm forcing Julia to touch me.

I made this quilt using a jellyroll that my husband gave me for Christmas a couple of years ago. He was so proud that he gave me fabric since he knew nothing about it at the time.

Day 73

I fell asleep on the sofa before I had taken my photo for the day (or night). So when I got up to go to bed, properly, I quickly took this shot to make sure I didn't miss a day :P Editing done this morning!
