Ross put a blessing at my metronome - for all the sound and music in my life. My metronome says thank you. It has been in my life since I was 8, originally a gift from my mother. I am now going to my next sound healing workshop in Ascutney, Vermont.

This is a very common scene in Cambodia. These buddhist monks go out every morning collect alms. In return they give their blessings to the people who donate.
