I have decided to start a photography project this year, in which I'm going to take one photograph each week as a way of counting my blessings.
Over Easter, we climbed Glyder Fach. This picture gives a fair idea of the conditions on the top. It had rained, and the scree and stones were wet and slippery. We could not find the path from the summit. After half an hour, we decided to re-trace our steps, and found our way back again. That in itself is a blessing, but having somewhere dry and warm to go back to was even more of one.

Blessing for Happiness

we got married in april of 01 (we ran away on a bicycle to downtown norfolk & got hitched at the courthouse on a fine spring day) - so we had a blessing/party for friends & family in june before we moved out to SF - this is the invite!
Here is my little Blessing . They had cut him short before Debbie and picked him up. Oh ! how happy I was to have him.
These ceramic inscriptions frequently invoke a blessing, but may also ward off the Evil Eye. My Arabic is a little rusty so I can't translate for you. Beautiful, no?
