This bag is finally finished!! This bag has moved 4 times with me and I started it over ten years ago. Or rather, the bag was done ten years ago and I've been procrastinating finishing the flat peyote stitch strap for over ten years.

Super shiny! In person they have a lovely effect of the red being mirrored on the ball on the left side and the green being mirrored on the right. Hard to describe, but very pretty! One of my favorite ornaments!

I thought the black beading was super HOT!

Part of an Eid gift for a friend who I am sure doesn't check on Flickr. :)

 

I used a blank greeting card to make a bookmark. I cut it so that it has the double thickness and glued them together, utilizing the already-created fold. Then beaded the top - amber Czech glass beads, olive seed beeds in between, and green&gold glass beads for the ends.
