Cobbled together from a few different sources of inspiration for a craft-it-forward challenge on Facebook. Yes, I started this bracelet in 2010.
Weather was unfortunately quite bad for the Ferrari Concours, however it did provide some nice photo oportunities. This photo is of a 360 Challenge Stradale. What do you think?
This is a dark teal pearlized bead. It is a 200 count tasbih, with gold/rhinestone spacers at the 50/100/150 marks and at the center. Then a large crystal like bead followed by 10 gold "counter" beads.
This is a special gift for a friend who needs a larger tasbih with smaller beads, and a tighter movement. Of all the sets I've ever made, I think this is my favorite. :)
With the rubbish weather fast approaching lots of interesting water beading will be seen, I like the reflection and light in the rear window of this shot

Taken at Lesedi Cultural Village during our overnight stay there. We had a tour of the four tribal villages and watched the African dance show before having a lovely buffet dinner, where we tasted many of the local delicacies
The other block I'm sending to the Crazy Quilt Retreat. The purple block has embroidery & beads in shades of green, the green block has all shades of purple embellishments.
This beaded ball belt was made using silver white color bugle beads wrap around pearls of big and small then strung together with beading string. It even doubles as a necklace.
My outfit is the same as Day 18, with the exception of my new "me-made" necklace. I assembled it this morning for a fashion pick-me-up :) Fun! I could get into jewelry-making.
My hair is really going gray. Yow.
This is the costume I made for the Enchanted Doll birthday contest in 2010. It's based on one of the dolls that the artist made and constructed to fit her. The original doll costume can be seen here: www.enchanteddoll.com/galleries/concubine/concubine.html
The beading on the jacket took me a rediculous amount of time. I'd estimate somewhere between 80 and 150 hours total, but I did not keep a record. I wish I could have done more, but cube square said that I was killing myself just getting this much.
