I took apart an old Nokia 1630 phone for fun and while looking at the main circuit board I saw that the two biggest ics have been given names, BART and LISA!

BART runs on its tracks above the ground. I went to the Sugar Water Festival featuring Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Queen Latifah and Floetry. They ended the show with a tribute to Luther Vandross
BART stands for Bay Area Rapid Transit.
It is a subway system that goes underground, above ground, and under San Francisco Bay.
I've never seen pylons at a stop like this, rather odd. Perhaps they're trying to guide the cars, line up the doors or something.
In Seattle. Note the dog water bowl fixed to the wall.
I guess strictly speaking this isn't a real graffito because I'm pretty sure the owners did it themselves (or had it done).
Usual crummy phone camera quality.

FS Jean Bart was a Cassard-class anti-air frigate of the French Marine Nationale. She was the eighth vessel of the French Navy named after the privateer Jean Bart. She was commissioned on 3 March 1991.
Jean Bart was fitted with a number of types of prototype equipment which were later incorporated in the La Fayette-class frigates. The vessel was withdrawn from service in August 2021.
From 4 May to 1 June 2020, Jean Bart participated in the European Union's Operation Irini, enforcing the arms embargo on Libya. The frigate returned to Toulon from her deployment to the Indian Ocean in March 2021 and had been expected to decommission in Spring 2021 to be replaced by the FREMM-class frigate Alsace. However, it was subsequently announced that the frigate would remain in service temporarily and deploy on one final mission to Greece in April to demonstrate her capabilities in the context of a French offer to transfer her to the Hellenic Navy. After the Greek Government elected not to acquire her, Jean Bart was decommissioned on 31 August 2021.
The Cassard-class frigate was initially designed to replace the four T 47-class anti-air warfare vessels in service at the time. Initially procured with four ships in the class, (the third and fourth hulls authorized for construction in 1983), the class was cut back to two vessels after the United States chose to terminate the production of the Standard SM-1MR missile. The prolonged design period led to the plans being redrawn several times.
The class shared a common hull design with the Georges Leygues class. The superstructure was composed of a lightweight aluminum alloy that is resistant to fire and corrosion. However the adoption of a similar propulsion system was abandoned early on. The hot exhaust from the Olympus turbines found on the Georges Leygues class was thought to be incompatible with the numerous arrays required in the new design. The ships were crewed by 244 personnel but could accommodate 251.
The class carried one anti-submarine helicopter on a deck placed aft with a hangar provided for storage. Originally supplied with a Eurocopter AS 565 Panther, they were later replaced with the Westland Lynx. The SAMAHE 210 helicopter handling system is adaptable to different types of undercarriages on helicopters and had munitions trucks to position weapon loadouts to assist the arming of the helicopters.
