I am not 100% sure, but every year about this time this same Doe shows up in the back yard and in about a month or so a fawn or two is with her.

The reason I think it is the same Doe is that she is very tolerant of me and if I talk to hear while apprfoaching she will let me get pretty close.

It's now projected to rain straight through till Sunday, so I'm probably just going to take some rainy pics this afternoon. So, here is the before shot of our smelly, muddy backyard.

I've been trying to capture a shot of this little guy for weeks, but he's just too darn fast.

 

Today, however, things changed! He posed for me and this is one of the many shots I got.

Just saw the clouds while in the backyard with my lady and snapped a quick shot with my iPhone... Beautiful, I must say...

Not sure how I am scanning these like this - the originals are not this dark! The plus is that they do seem more moody this way.
