Sunday Romp in the backyard with the Dobermans

Finally putting the marshmallow in to the fire.

these tall giant poofy things suddenly sprouted from one of our grasses. we had no idea that was going to happen.

Brida's Parents built a little studio over the garage in thier backyard. I took some pictures of it to help them rent it out.

The biggest buck never would get too close,but the other came quite close.

My parents' backyard. My papa is landscaping it. He put most of the trees back there, built a low wall, and has been making a koi pond for many years now.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to grow sunflowers for years, and they always get eaten by squirrels before they bloom. This one grew spontaneously under the bird feeder and is about 4 feet tall now. This is its first bloom, but there are buds all over it. I'm so happy!

Went to Florida to attend a wedding and to get away. Very lovely. This is my brother and sister in- law's backyard. A lake with Ducks, herons and every now and again a GATOR!!! : (

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA. Just bought an Olympus Pen E PL1. This was one of the first pics in my backyard. So far I am very impressed with the picture quality, especially in outdoor, normal light shots.

These showed up in the yard today. I expect they will have been mowed to bits by the morning, so I tried to capture their beauty while it lasted.
