The Red-tailed Hawk has been visiting my neighborhood now for a while and making the squirrels nervous. The Hawk often sleeps under the stars at night in a fan palm that I can view from my backyard porch along with the planes landing at LAX in the background. This is a view from my backyard in Inglewood, California which is an urban neighborhood with many apartments and scattered older homes.
