I bought the tuna about a month ago. Stuck it in the freezer.

Took it out Wednesday. Forgot about it Thursday.

Friday, remembered it, but by the time I got home. Forgot again. Saturday, decided if I didn't make this my tuna was gonna rot. Went to Tom Thumb and picked up my goodies for Thanksgiving too.

Got home, whipped it up. Sat down. Ate. Then wondered... wth did I wait this long?!

An old Favorite ~ Inspired by Tyler Florence on Food 911

Tuna + Salt + Pepper = Sear 2 minutes on each side, medium heat.

Dressing:

Avocado, Cilantro, Ginger, Garlic, Jalapeño, Lime + Soy Sause, Sesame Oil + Sugar, Salt, Pepper

Babel Burger:

cheddar bun, lettuce, tomato, burger, blue cheese, bacon, hash brown, egg, fish fillet, vegan patty, cheese, Bbq chicken, sausage, corn dog, mushroom, garlic, onion, red pepper, sliced turkey florette, avacado, potato salad, carrot Burger.

The one burger created by man and destroyed by god to confound us in our daily search for food.

This could have been THE photo of the day if only my camera were better at dealing with low-light conditions. As it was, it didn't really focus on anything in particular. Also, there's some blur from my hand moving ever so slightly. Otherwise, I love the composition, the light,... everything. This is why I still have some remaining qualms about having switched from "silver" to digital.

yeah this isn't a great picture or anything, but sushi is my favorite food. and basically chopsticks are amazing! i use them all the time. hahaa

the fortune in the cookie i got was something along the lines of 'your smile brings smiles upon others' i was like yeuhhhhh score! good fortune thingyyy! even though that was my 2nd fortune cookie because the 1st fortune didn't make since.

not like i really believe in that stuff but yeah its fun[;
