yummy spicy vegan square sausage with shrooms, mayo and avocado....a hearty roll after a heavy night out!
Shortly after arriving at our friends' house, Brian made some amazing guacamole and homemade salsa (not pictured obviously).
Just trying out a new tartine idea, maybe this will show up at the cafe.
Multigrain baguette sliced thin with a nice slather of ripe avacado topped with chives and buffalo mozzarella, baby tomatoes and a crack of sel de guerande.
Verdict: Very, very tasty.

Babel Burger:
cheddar bun, lettuce, tomato, burger, blue cheese, bacon, hash brown, egg, fish fillet, vegan patty, cheese, Bbq chicken, sausage, corn dog, mushroom, garlic, onion, red pepper, sliced turkey florette, avacado, potato salad, carrot Burger.
The one burger created by man and destroyed by god to confound us in our daily search for food.
this avacado was underripe (as I feared), so I thought I'd make use of it as a model for a light, shadow & color study....
