Food lit with a single Einstein with a Extreme Silver 64" PLM with front sock on one side of a square table. The table is up against a white wall opposite the Einstein to provide some fill.
Eggplant appetizer. Finger food. Italian cuisine. Vegetarian.On oval glass dish three round toasted bread slices with eggplant roman style on. Grilled with tomato and sliced melted parmesan cheese. Oblique perspective. Garnished with half cut grape tomatoes and glilled malted parmesan cheese. Some oregano branches.Picture from above on white background. "Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes" - Spinach, cucumber beurre blanc. ($12)
Notes: The crab cakes were very "wet" on the inside - just as much mayonnaise as crab (and there was a lot of both). This was sad, because the sheer mushiness of the mayonnaise overwhelmed the crab, which was more shreds than lump.
The two cakes leaned on a bed of spinach, which was just clumsy to eat since they were whole and very mature (read: tough) leaves that needed to be cut (with a butter knife). The cucumber buerre blanc only added to the already over-unctuous crab cakes.
Generous portion for $12 - but just sadly too sloppy and heavy.

1b. 熱鍋上橄欖油+奶油,爆辣椒,大蒜
2. 入雞丁,至略熟
3. 入香菇、蘆筍,至香菇縮小
4. 撒入調味胡椒粉
5. 倒入雞湯
6. 小火加熱至湯汁蒸發
(7. 加入番茄肉汁)
8. 加入適當已煮熟麵
9. 攪拌加熱
10. 上桌,撒上Parsley或檸檬汁
