Prosciutto wrapped asparagus - wonderful. The truffle hollandaise was also great. And the (heavily buttered) toast was also fantastic.

Mozerella, Basil, Tomatoes

Drizzling on the quite fragrant chilly oil. It's almost as good as my favorite chili oil in the city.

Shrimp Ceviche, Short Rib Ravioli, and Nut-Crusted Ahi Tuna at Trios Restaurant, Gros Islet, St. Lucia.
