Dungeoness crabmeat salad taco – cool crab salad in a corn tortilla shell, guacamole garnish.
Wild mushroom strudel
Bison Tartare – with cabbage and hints of sweet chilli. This was a refreshing taste of smooth bison that was very fresh and silky on a crisp crostini.

Arancino Parmigiano with rabbit liver mousse, ham, bechamel sauce and tomato coulis. I loved the crunch of this so much....and the tomato coulis, was wonderful light and almost sweet....it was a great "tease" to what was yet to come !
