really the picture speaks more then I can say. And no....neither me nor the church burst into flames when I went inside. haha.

This old Train Station is closed but found a new purpose. They turned it into a small hotel with a beautiful restaurant.

The annual alter is a creation of physical plant director Chris Richard.

my first altered journal cover for a personal swap. I layered different papers and an old book page. I attached an old key and a bird charm tot the cover along with a rose.

I altered the picture a bit to make it stand out. This is one of the buildings that "Halls" (as in the Hallmark Company) owns down in Crown Center.

I am participating in a really fun hanging assemblage swap. There will be 9 in total, three across, three down. Each person chose their fave color (my choice was turquoise). Then each artist has to create an original 4x4 in each of the chose colors. We'll send them in, then the hostess will assemble and send each person back an assemblage in THEIR COLOR! Can't wait to see my gorgeous turquoise piece!
