This image taken at a shrine in Karachi signifies the mother and child bond. The way the child’s head and arm drape the mother’s body makes the child look safe and comfortable. The position of the head also indicates the weight of the child that the mother selflessly carries to give the child a sense of security.

Reykjanes did it again :) A year after the last eruption, Mother Earth fascinated with more fireworks, and this time traveling to Iceland was so much easier (no Covid-related restrictions). Not so easy however was the hike through the mountains to see the volcano; strong winds and rain made it challenging to take proper pictures. But it was all worth it - just watching the spectacle, listening to its sounds and feeling the heat from the eruption made it an unforgettable experience!
