From the last couple of days. Did part of core that won't hurt my back on Wednesday then some cardio. Thursday was cardio and barbell 40 reps each weight, ( 175, 155, 135, 105, 95 ) so 200 hundred lifts. and both days was massage.

So here is my CAM vamp. She had been bald for a while then I finally found a wig I liked. I had no idea what outfit would work for her. So I added the headband and then it came to me. Retro Workout!

So I think later on i'll give her a lip color. Then she'll be complete. :)
