I've been using the Wii Fit quite a bit lately as one way to monitor my weight/workouts. I've finally come to the conclusion that the thing lies! (well, it probably doesn't, but I'm still going to blame it for giving me the wrong information... even if it is right!).

I had the chance to use the machine and although you don't feel the strain soreness from the workouts. You do feel the burn and sweat from the constant contractions from the vibrations.
