These workout videos are clearly aimed towards women. They promote weight loss and body definition. These videos send the message that your body is never good enough and it will always need to be improved to fit this impossible standard. It tells me that I need to be skinny and have a flat stomach in order to be happy. This is simply unrealistic. While it is important to be physically active, these videos are aimed more towards "fixing" your body rather than being active for general health purposes.
