In the afternoon we can take a break from the grind and bring out the rings, a great stress relief, MAJ W and I encourage others to join us, we've had the Albanians, Afghans, and several others join in the fun!

Today workout was warmup cardio, 10 mins, couple of miles. Then barbells. 40 reps each weight except 155, 20 on it. 145, 125, 115, 105. So 180 reps on the barbells today.

Some warmup on the recumbent bike, then strength. this is one of the new items in my routine.

Notice the back position, which should be straight. Very important to keep the arm straight. Notice the knee position; knee should be over the toe and not turned in. (Puts pressure on the knee)
