nothing better than a Christmas run :)

Been using this seating area as a facility for my workout sessions. Running up and down the three stairs in a figure eight formation. Its really taxing but feels good and ultimately builds up your cardiovascular endurance and leg strength.

 

Throw in some Calisthenics to round it all off (for a full body workout). Who needs a gym.
