From the last couple of days. Did part of core that won't hurt my back on Wednesday then some cardio. Thursday was cardio and barbell 40 reps each weight, ( 175, 155, 135, 105, 95 ) so 200 hundred lifts. and both days was massage.

These are the gymnastics rings that have been the source of my pain lately. I've had two workouts on these things and they rip me to shreds. Two days after the workout, my muscles are still sore.
