Mid-morning, Mrs. Geok managed to fit in a 45 minute workout on the Cybex ARC Trainer. We have 4 major pieces of workout equipment and this one is my favourite - sort of a cross between an elliptical trainer and a stair master, so very low impact. Our "home gym" is in the basement storage / utility room, so the iPod helps keep the atmospher bearable!

From the last couple of days. Did part of core that won't hurt my back on Wednesday then some cardio. Thursday was cardio and barbell 40 reps each weight, ( 175, 155, 135, 105, 95 ) so 200 hundred lifts. and both days was massage.
