built into a large garden slope, the watefall is approximately 7m of falls and pools, with water disappearing into an underground tank. There are 3 LED spotlights built into the rock at each of the drops giving subtle lighting at dark; these are controlled by a dusk till dawn sensor. Electric switch box, timer and sensor electrics are hidden under a nearby rock which can be removed to access the equipment.

The Fleur De Lis Wall Waterfall is a handcrafted piece of art. A beautiful piece of art that framed in a stone full of deep colors and texture which greatly compliment its flowing arch design. At the top of the feature the stone is cut to resemble pedals of a flower, and at the bottom is the Fleur De Lis made from flame torched copper, and inlaid into the stone.
A raised (6") Firepit area with travertine pavers for the flooring. Firepit is run with natural gas. The sides are stucco and painted to match the home and it is capped with travertine as well. The bench is the same. Connecting walkways are done in pavers and a Real boulder waterfeature makes a beautiful sound throughout the yard.
We’re always trying to find ways to make our little gardens an oasis for creatures of all shapes and sizes (minus the big rodent like white tailed deer, we could live without them). We put up birdhouses and put out seed for our feathered friends. We have boards and rocks and upturned pots around the gardens for toads, salamanders and snakes. We have bamboo for native bees and a hive of honeybees. We have saucers filled with rocks and water for all the small insects, birds, and other creatures. One thing we’ve been lacking is a small pond for frogs.

Sited along the pedestrian route to the City Centre, between the entrance to the Midland Station and the pedestrian crossing at the bottom of Howard Street
Description:
A sinous stainless steel blade gaining in height as it runs downhill towards the station entrance. The smaller end of the piece is almost circular in cross section and decorated with backlit glass work by Mukaide; the station end is a very thin ellipse also with backlit glass by the same artist. It is also lit along the length of its base. Dimensions: 1m - 4.5m high x c. 90 m long.
Commission:
Sheffield City Council. Part of the Heart of the City project. This completes nearly ten years of work improving the area following the pedestrian route from the railway station to the Town Hall. This area forms part of a new square outside the station completed in 2007.
Comment:
The piece acts as a barrier between pedestrians and traffic. The design of this piece reflects the city's centuries of association with metal design.
This piece is the joint winner of the Marsh Award for Public Sculpture 2008
