The most colourful / gaudy area in the Canopy Park of the Jewel, Singapore. Orchids are hung upside-down in the tree-like structures. (the greenish area in the background is suspended netting for kids to walk and jump on!)
This little gem of a palace set in huge grounds was also built by King Ludwig II and it was the only one of his palatial homes that was completed during his lifetime.
Water feature designed by John Ravera (1990), with 2 bronze dolphins balanced on their tails surrounded by 21 steel poles spouting water, in Ben Jonson Place, on the north podium, at the Barbican Centre, London.
. . . for Tuesday. These are redwoods. The memorial was given to the University of California at Berkeley just after WW2.

in the gardens of Hellbrunn Palace; all guests seated here would get wet as there are fountain nozzles in the floor, stone table and stools except for the one at the head of the table which was where the Prince Archbishop Markus Sittikus would sit. The waterworks are still in working order and there are guided tours that show the fountains in all their glory. Alternatively, there are many videos in Youtube that show them :-)
Gardens of Great Britain
This is the continuation of photographs from the many gardens we have visited over a long period time. It never ceases to amaze how many gardens there are and the variety, long may it continue. This time the selection is from London and covers two gardens. The Kyoto Garden in Holland Park and The Physic’s Garden in Chelsea.
New water feature is the latest offering for the Woolwich Arsenal residents to enjoy on a winters day against the ever changing riverside view.
In the background The Woolwich ferry & old closed North Woolwich Station.
The Lions castle is a part of UNESCO World Heritage Site Kassel Wilhelmshöhe, Germany.
