This dog was spotted on Troon beach during a group shoot today and this shot was taken of it looking out to sea towards the lighthouse on the horizon.
my apex divers watch took this using cheap macro tubes with my 50mm lense 1/500 at f8 lit with sb600 and the difuser pulled out set at 1/16th +3 power with a bit of paper over the flash
The dial sits on the side of your wrist.
We let my girl's son come up with a name for this one, and he said it made him think of a time traveller's watch, so he called it "Time Riser" because he thought "riser" means "traveller" in English. XD
I thought that was so cute, so we kept the name.

the one bird seemed to say to the other. Funny how I fail on a consistent basis to see this one moment in time and my camera shows me where I was not paying attention. One of the gifts of photography watching all of my shots put together the story I had just watched unfold in only a span of a few seconds.

Little Calista is working on her working with magic and is using the Crystal ball to watch over her silly old daddy because she is worried with out her he might be silly and go on some adventure with out her. She dose really miss him and hopes to make him super proud at school.

Bijaya dashami (Sanskrit: विजयादशमी) also known as Dashahara (Sanskrit: दशहरा) or Ayudhapuja (Sanskrit: आयुधपूजा), is one of the most important Hindu festivals celebrated in various forms, across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh as well as parts ofPakistan. The name Dussehra is derived from Sanskrit. Dasha-hara literally means Dashanan ravan (the name of Ravan and in short Dasha and Hara (defeat)) referring to Lord Rama's victory over the ten-headed demon king Ravana.
The day also marks the victory of Goddess Durga over the demon Mahishasur. The name Dussehra is also derived from SanskritAhaha, which means day. For example, Aharnisha is derived from Ahaha+nisha. The Goddess fought with evils for nine nights and ten days. The name Vijayadashami is also derived from the Sanskrit words "Vijaya-dashami", literally meaning the victory on the dashami (Dashmi being the tenth lunar day of the Hindu calendar month). Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is celebrated twenty days after Dussehra.
4.35pm Kitty Time = Earthquake time in Tokyo. Today, running a workshop, wearing bunny ears (yes, really), the world shook. No rabbithole, no tears, no mad hatter, just a well constructed building that swayed gently for a little too long for my liking.
