Ashaninka children watch the birds a hunter from their village just brought home after hunting them with a bow and arrow, in Tsiquireni, a village on the shore of the Ene River just below Pakitzapango. I know I've been gone for...forever. I'm having such a blast and today I did TWO photoshoots! This one was from this morning and the Marine Corps Pool Function where lots of poolies pushed giant tires, lifted sand bags, carried ammo cans, and water jugs around the foothills. All I can say was it was a blast and this is one of the recruiters who was watching on the hill with his dog (: I loved it.

I have had this watch for a very long time and it is great since I can use it in the dark.

Moving, all-be-it slowly, in the right direction. Only 2.4 pounds lost in February but it was a pretty sedentaty month with a fair few corporate noshes to cope with so I am pretty happy with that. 11 pounds in 2 months is OK (last time I tried this it took me 1 year to lose a stone and then only another year to put it back on again!). Target for 01.04.04 is 13st. 2lbs. Anything better than that will be a bonus.
