My cousin Mike and his wife Joyce are walk leaders for the Wakefield Health Walks. I joined them for a leaders walk with some other leaders, where they get to be a bit more adventurous than on the led walks. The pics are geotagged so click the map link to see exactly where we were. We took a bus from Wafefield Bus Station to Middlestown and returned again via bus from Overton. We covered around 6 miles which wern't all muddy, and the rain held off until we got home, then there was a big hail storm which I'm glad we didn't suffer in the open.
Diese ersten Fotos meiner Serie "a walk in the forest" sind in mehrfacher Hinsicht etwas besonderes für mich. Durch diese Serie wurde ich mutiger, neue Dinge auszuprobieren und meine Motive auch mal abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade zu suchen. Ich habe viel experimentiert und ausprobiert und war jedes Mal begeistert über die Bilder, die dabei heraus kamen. Vor allem aber halfen mir diese Fotos, meinen eignen Stil zu finden.

These first photos of my series "a walk in the forest" are something special for me in several ways. This series made me more courageous to try out new things and to look for my motifs off the beaten track. I experimented and tried a lot and was thrilled every time with the images that came out. But above all, these photos help me to find my own style.

A winter stroll in the Andrew Murray O'Neil Memorial Woods, Leamington, Ontario. It was a gorgeous day but -8, very refreshing.
The other of the guest rooms, also available for reservation, has a unique walk-in "rain forest" shower.

A photo walk in Bury St Edmunds early on Monday morning. I'm starting to think about street photography and plucking up courage to take pictures first and ask permission afterwards (or not at all in most cases here).
Interior and exterior kick plates are available for all door sizes. The standard height for the kick plate is 34”. Different heights are available to suit your particular needs. The door protector is available in 1/8” aluminum diamond plate or 22 gauge smooth non-polished stainless steel (type 304 2B finish).

Hawaii Five-0 star Alex O'Loughlin participates in the 2nd Annual Hawaii Walk to Defeat ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) around Kapiolani Park. The two-mile, family friendly Hawaii Walk plays an important role in the Golden West Chapter’s efforts to increase services and support for Hawaii’s ALS community. Am Abend trafen wir uns zum Essen im Café KEDAI NAMSUN. Hier ist noch alles wie zu Zeiten der Holländer, es gibt feine traditionelle Speisen. Die Mutter des jungen Besitzers YEHEZ kocht wunderbar und er führte uns durch das alte Haus und erzählte uns dessen Geschichte. Mr Oahkbar hat in einer Ecke sein Bücher Antiquariat eingerichtet, HANA lehrt Koreanisch in Yogyakarta und FUNNY ist Pharmazie Dozentin an der Universität Malang.
