Leechpool Woods Horsham

A walk in the mist. It was really foggy and this shady person walked right past me and disappeared in the fog.. I took this picture just before he disappeared....

One of my favourite places to go for a stroll, through the Caledonian Forest up at Glen Affric.

Martin is not amused.

Walk in the Green Valley.

The Green Valley is an oasis of peace in the triangle between Brussels, Leuven and Mechelen.

All of the doors are installed and the architraves are completed. This is the door to the walk in robe in the master bedroom showing the patterned finish and architrave - 6 August 2007

Was trying to capture a nice leading line to the left but got so caught up getting the picture of Michelle and Bella that I somehow missed it completely. Ohh well antique age seems to give some interest to the picture.

Grab bars are solidly mounted

This came out all dark and wonky-coloured, but I'm a sucker for that face, wonky or not.

In Walter news, he had an ultrasound yesterday which, I'm so happy and relieved to report, showed no sign of cancer. Several recent blood tests have shown low counts for some of his white blood cells, but with all the other tests we've done and now with the ultrasound results, it looks like he's just normally abnormal. Yay! :D

Oh I guess I should introduce Walter for those we don't know yet: He is a 6.5 year old german shepherd mix. His mom was found wandering the countryside as a very pregnant stray, gave birth soon after arriving in rescue. Walter is a nervous, worried, but sweet guy who is very loyal to those he knows but has the typical gsd suspicion of strangers. He's my awesome, steady as a rock partner in agility and enjoys long walks in the woods and long fetch-and-tug sessions.

Shot with Nikon F100 loaded with Fujifilm 400 X-tra.

First pictures with New Petzval x Zenith 85 mm, bought in second-hand shop. I did a photo-walk looking for the best background... Not easy, while melting under the hot sun!
