Montmartre is a hill (the butte Montmartre) which is 130 metres high, giving its name to the surrounding district, in the north of Paris in the 18th arrondissement, a part of the Right Bank. Montmartre is primarily known for the white-domed Basilica of the Sacré Cœur on its summit and as a nightclub district. The other, older, church on the hill is Saint Pierre de Montmartre, which claims to be the location at which the Jesuit order of priests was founded. Many artists had studios or worked around the community of Montmartre such as Salvador Dalí, Amedeo Modigliani, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh. Montmartre is also the setting for several hit films. This site is served by metro line 2 stations of Anvers, Pigalle and Blanche and the line 12 stations of Pigalle, Abbesses, Lamarck - Caulaincourt and Jules Joffrin.

The Vineyard
A pleasant afternoon walk in Ickworth Park, Horringer, Nr Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.
A National Trust Property
The Park - The extensive 1,800 acres of wooded parkland, created in part by 'Capability' Brown, is a living landscape rich in plant, animal, and bird life. Some parts cultivated and grazed, yet much can be explored and enjoyed.
The Gardens - The gardens surrounding the house were created in the first half of the 19th century by the First Marquess of Bristol. Those in the formal Italian style to the south of the house feature the Gold and Silver Gardens, a Victorian Stumpery and the Temple Rose Garden. A raised terrace walk separates the south garden from the park.
Beyond the church are the remnants of an 18th-century garden created by the First Earl. His summerhouse (circa.1703) and ornamental canal still survive. The kitchen garden, protected by high brick walls, is now a vineyard producing Ickworth wines

The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy hosts an event called "Walk in the Woods" on Wednesdays in the summer. Each a week a different park is explored, with last week being Highland Park. Here's a shot of the folks who joined in on the walk.

SHE walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies,
And all that's best of dark and bright
Meets in her aspect and her eyes;
Thus mellow'd to that tender light
Which Heaven to gaudy day denies.
One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impair'd the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress
Or softly lightens o'er her face,
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.
And on that cheek and o'er that brow
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,—
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent.
- Lord Byron
I fell in love with Lord Byron the moment I read my first poem by him. This bracelet honors both him and the beauty of its owner. A sterling silver disc has been hand-stamped with the first line of his poem – She walks in beauty like the night.
It has been added as a charm to three rows of gorgeous quality peacock pearls. They’re dark and vary in shades from navy to blue to purple, reminding me of the night sky. They’ve been separated by tiny black Czech glass beads. Finally the bracelet has been finished with a hook clasp that was handmade by me. All metal is sterling silver.
Fits at 7 ½”.
