The Colinton Tunnel is a disused Victorian railway tunnel in Edinburgh, Scotland, transformed into Scotland's largest outdoor mural. The 140-meter-long tunnel features a vibrant, community-created mural that tells the history of the local area, inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's poem "From a railway carriage". Originally built in 1874 as part of a railway line connecting Colinton to the city, it was later closed and fell into disrepair before being revitalized by a local charity as a free, accessible tourist attraction.

Short video of a grizzly that circled our yard twice and spent two hours grazing on mostly horsetail and was digging a little for roots.
He also tossed a pile of old pressure treated beams and rubbed himself against the smelly, likely still poisonous wood, which thankfully made me aware of the bears presence.

My wife is not the easiest person in the world to wake up. So when I know she's having one of those days, I grab the guitar and climb back into bed and serenade her. One morning as I was playing and singing I began to just sing "Good morning my love... it's morning again, and out came the song in this video clip. Now, It's her favorite song to wake up to. Today was one of those days. So I decided to record it to let all of you in flickrworld see how I help her wake up on the right side of the bed. Welcome to our bedroom all my flickr friends. While it is technically still autumn, the weather outside is frightful and full of what winter has to offer - cold and snow.
This video shows a GGO going about its business of scanning for prey. This is the first 'snowy' owl I've seen this year. LOL
The area I have chosen to live in is harsh in the winter, mild in spring and fall and sometimes hot in the short summer. But, it is places nearby such as yaak falls that always bring me back to serenity. If you look closely you will see what I believe is a Robin hopping across the foreground rock to the edge of the falls.

The iPhone 6s has two options for slow-mo video built in: 120 fps at 1080p, or 240 fps at 720p.
I shot this video at 1080p and 120fps before realizing the other option was there. The resolution is nice, but the hummingbird is still moving pretty fast at this speed.
However, its still fun to see it calling / screaming even at this speed! They seem to spend half their time and energy trying to scare each other away from the feeders and absolutely refuse to share.
