Item 2 - old bowling shoes that don't fit well. I don't go bowling more than once a year, and when I do, I forget to wear the shoes.

Jack is a little over half way done. 4 more boxes to measure and cut sticker for. Not really perfect but it'll do.
We are entertaining the idea of putting our house on the market, you know, empty nest, down size...all that jazz. I tried SO HARD to unclutter my kitchen....and this is it. LOL...my poor realtor.
This is my unclutter picture. To me this is a beautiful picture because of the patterns of the cream on top of the coffee. There is a solid black back ground which makes the coffee cup a better focal point. I chose this picture because it was too pretty not to pass up. It is strong because it fills the frame, uses the rule of thirds even though it is a vertical picture. It could be improved if it was a horizontal picture.
This is a strong photo because of the simple background and contrast in color from the background to the focal point. It could be a stronger photo if there were less negative space and more focus on the flowers.

Sandee's cat didn't get the memo that the landing strip is supposed to help unclutter and de-mess our home. It was not meant as her flower buffet.
Here are the boxes close up. The labels have some indication of what's actually in them. For the most part, it's the first few letters of the first and last DVDs in the box.
The exception is Elvis. We have lots and lots of Elvis.

I focused on contrast in this image, placing the bird bath along a bare, plain green background. The water and rust along the bird convey a story, showing the neglect and decay of time. Ironically, the succulent greens in the background contradict that idea of neglect, presenting the audience with a unique paradox. This image could have been improved with a darker lighting so as to create greater contrast.

It doesn't look like much, but this is a highly effective and organized bit of storage space. Each pot has its place, where only it will fit. Lids are stowed safely. Most frequently used pots are most accessible. And the whole lot is right beside the stove. Heaven!
