I've had several people ask off and on about how to do rounded corners. I've done it several ways in the past. However, this is a technique I discovered several months ago and have been using it ever since. It's so easy and fast, once you do it a few times it literally takes seconds to do.
I have everything I talk about in this tutorial circled in bright green.

I'm pretty sure I have my permissions set so you all can see the original. But just in case, here's a link to view it BIG
Experimentem :))
I'm giving this away here.
You can also make one!
Freshly Picked has a great tutorial on making a coin purse.
However, I didn't have oilcloth on hand, so I made mine with quilting cotton, batting and a lining. These are my modifications to her tutorial. Please still refer to her instructions for basic construction technique as my pictures only show how I deviated from her tutorial.
{Tutorial will be posted 1/8/11}

Thought I would do a bit of a wedding photography editing tutorial today, so I can take a bit of a break from wedding photography editing! The editing is the stuff wedding photographers do whilst not photographing weddings, so it’s quite a big part of the job and I thought I would share this recent shot I got and go through some of the steps to get it looking how I wanted it to. It’s worth noting this can be done in any room with a bit of light coming through the windows but if you have an big impressive church to capture it might have a bit more impact! When I was taking this every now and then I could see these cool shafts of light coming through the windows but it wasn’t really enough to capture so I had already planned how I was going to edit this shot after the wedding (you can’t stop these sorts of things and just wait for the light, it’s a wedding at the end of the day). Anyway this was the end result but I will go through some of the main steps I took to get it.

I've had a few emails now about how I take my photos. Now, I'm not a photography expert. I mean, I'm really, really, really not a photography expert. I don't even know what apeture means, and my camera is a point-and-shoot model. The things I do know, I've learnt from reading how-to's on the 'net, and so I thought I'd share with you the number one thing that I use when I take photos:
My light box.
Those things can be expensive (you're looking at about $100-$300 dollars for a store-bought one), so I decided to make my own. Basically it's just a box that you put your object into, shine light at it, and snap away. Couldn't be easier, right? And the best thing about my light box is it costs less than $15!
This is my very first tutorial, and I hope you find it useful (and comprehensible! I worry about how readable the explanation cards are - you'll have to give me some feedback on that, since this is the first tutorial I've ever made, I'm fairly new to the process.)

After getting a bunch of messages on how I carved my stamps, I wrote up a quick tutorial on how I did mine.

Modified the sizing on the top 2 by making one wider than original & the one with brown base wider & taller. Really good tutorial & zips worked out well as zips seem to be an issue with me. Added a wrist strap,
I made a tutorial for my doll house, it's on my blog if you'd like to read it! It's really more of a guideline than a step-by-step kind of thing, but I hope it's useful. happydolls.tumblr.com/post/26764548213/doll-house-tutoria...
