Our cat got to open his Chrismast presents today. Next year, I'm just buying him a big pile of tissue paper--by far his favorite thing to get!

WWII field encryptor, the indentation in the base is so that the operator can strap it to his leg as a type of desk.
The typed message is then encoded and typed out in groups of 5 letters and numbers printed on the tissuepaper lint on the left.
This message can then be read out over the radio, or caried off by carrier pigeons.
This card was made during a Collage-A-Thon on ATCsforAll.com. She knows what boys like, apparently. Just look at her tiny grin.

This craft was inspired by one of my EcoEtsy team mates who made these candle-holders to celebrate Earth Hour. I made these with my 3yo out of torn tissue paper, glue and a variety of jars and cans. To finish them off, we added glitter to the rims. We sent the cans out to friends and family who live far away...all of the grandmom's got egg-carton flower bouquets on Mother's Day to put in their cans. :)

There's a lot of this tablecloth in my pictures today, Ms. Boomer. Because I luv it.
Here is the idea I'm going to present. The base won't be as tall and the lights will shine through better because the stripes will be tissuepaper, not the cardstock I used here. They will be in different colors, blue, yellow, red etc.
The superdog and BAM logo thingy will be interchangable among the tables. They will be doublesided so all can see! What choo think?
I am in love with Washi Tapes that I get from the Tinted Mint. They dress up my packaging, but are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and are relatively inexpensive for the way that I use them. These tapes come in a miriad of colors and patterns and several widths. They are re-positionable, even on my tissue paper!
My first try at a cupcake bouquet for a very dear friend of mine. I love this idea because you can do so much with it!
This girl loves gift tissue. It has to be noisy when laid on. We found this out when we founder sitting on some that we had left on the bed.

But winter is coming, and with winter comes cold and colds. And with cold comes this activity, and with it this characteristic honking sound.

While being on Vido Summer Camp we had a lot of birthday parties going on day by day. My present for each of them was a little Birthday Wishes Book made with recycled materials such as cereal cardboard boxes and other embellishments.

Yellow is a hard colour to play with. You can barely see my inked border.
Also, SARAL graphite paper, even when erased to half-strength, shows up way too much thru watercolour pencil.
This is a close up of the worded Christmas stickers I have. I hope I can use these this coming Holiday season!
This beautiful painting was created by adding layers of acrylic paint with oil pastels in the forefront. I also used tissue paper to create depth and texture. Painting is stretched on a 1 1/2 inch frame so there is no need for framing. Also it is gallery wrapped (painting continues around entire frame)
