I have three of these things stuffed full of embroidery thread back from the days when I cross-stitched. Which would probably be sometime in the mid-90's. It's all ready for me to break out and use again. Although why I didn't just break it out to embroidery with is beyond me. Anyhow, it's great having all of this thread for stitching! The white epoxy I used to attach the ceramic thread guide to the machine. I did something similar to my Gammill with Faststeel which only comes in steel color. When I saw the white at the hardware store, that's the color I wanted to use! I think it may have been a buck more for the white, but I am too OCD not to have gone this way.
