This series was our model Brooklynn's idea to honor her grandmother who is a breast cancer survivor.

Number 3 Grandson pondering his next artistic piece

For now, I think the grown ups of the house appreciate the illustration in this book more than LG #thismoosebelongstome #bedtimestory

I think we are being invaded by tent caterpillars this year, there just seems to be more of them for some reason

"THINK" is a slogan first used by Thomas J. Watson in December, 1911, while managing the sales and advertising departments at the National Cash Register. After C-T-R became IBM in 1924, THINK became an ever present reminder of the ideas that held the company together.

The 2018 Think development - Think WIDER conference, held on 13-15 September in Helsinki, Finland, showcased UNU-WIDER, its work, and the many people and institutions that are engaged with it.

The conference held panel discussions on all of the main themes and findings of UNU-WIDER’s research during 2009-18 — finance, food and climate change; and transformation, inclusion and sustainability.

The event aimed to mobilize evidence and action around the 2030 SDG agenda and its goals.

Think back and talk to me

Did I grow up according to the plan ?

(Perfect - Simple Plan)

(p.s- Melissando *-----*)

My Aha moment was when Don explained to look at all the angles. That all the angles need to reflect. To take one angle and get it to reflect.. then move to the next angle..until all the angles are reflecting. So..Working in total darkness with one light and adding fill cards helped to show the shape of the thinker. It was like adding pieces to a puzzle.. only this puzzle was brought to life with reflections from one small florescent daylight bulb. Learning that the sculptor(designers) had a reason for each angle he made and in order for me to showcase his (Rodin) work I needed to make it all stand out! So out of darkness came the Thinker... Thanks Don!

This stationary train seemed shy, hiding just beyond the iron bridge for the longest time. I anxiously waited, hoping it would move forward, although this shot says what I had intended. It reminded me of the children’s story we tell them of a train that tries to climb a hill repeating, "I think I can."

The foreground is slightly out of focus pushing the viewer’s eyes toward the upper right. It is surprising how un-straight rail tracks are considering what they are made of.

THiNk: "Did my piece make it through the night?"

G: Yup...LOL

Note: I call this the "Hour Wall." Because this fuckin' wall changes by the hour.

I think that's Muffin in my arms and Sweety crouched by the door. This would have been sometime about 1991 or 1992, I think. (And boy do those prescription sunglasses look dorky to me now. But they worked.)

In our living room.

London is such a great walking city - and with a hikers body (long legs, strong back, weak mind) I can walk there all day - but I sure feel it at night any more. I was in London for a few days in January 2013 and it was like coming home to an old friend since I've been there so many times but there is always something new to see. On this trip I just bopped from place to place without any real plan as to what to see - and it turned out fine!

One of the pinback button badge designs made by Zippy Pins, which is part of the Green Environment collection to build awareness for saving the earth's resources by doing things like living green, alternative energy (wind, hybrid, solar), supporting local farmers, recycle, reuse & reduce waste, think global & buy local, and everything else that will make the world a better place to live.

Although the subject matter is serious, some of the designs sayings are funny, clever, witty, humorous and sometimes irreverent - also available as magnets, zipper pulls and keychains.

Koi in the aquarium of Artis zoo. I think this type is called 'ogon'.

I think this is Hydraxon. Bionicle figure with claws and weapons, wing structures, looks like a scuba mask with breathing tubes coming off of the rear, sturdy feet. No manual or box, but figure is complete. He is larger than most of the Bionicles. Building instructions are at bionicle.lego.com/en-us/gallery/BuildingInstructions/warr...
