I think these are the absolute ideal French Onion soup bowls. Perfect serving size, and the little tab handles make getting them in and out of the oven so easy even with they're all hot and melty with Gruyere cheese.
Don't know much else about them, other than Pry-O-Rey is a Mexican company and the Brown Daisy or Brown Floral seems to be one of the most well-recognized patterns.

We celebrated Lee National Denim Day at Zahn's Corner on Friday, October 3. We all donned our denim and pink-wear in support of breast cancer awareness and research. Steph and Becky (leaders of our building's initiative) provided lots of yummy pink snacks (strawberry cream cheese, bagels, M&Ms, etc.). Yay us!
I think I sort of understood by the end but I'm not entirely sure. Of all things, it reminded me of cycling and kabaddi.
Girls Think Tank in collaboration with Embrace, two non-profit organizations volunteering time and effort to help veterans in San Diego. Passing out 'Winter Survival Pack' and hot food to those who served our country.

It would have been good to have had the opportunity to meet up as crinkly old blokes and have a beer and a bit of an old reminisce about those formative years...
