The beauty of a winter's morn -

when snow is fresh and clean;

Boughs on evergreens clothed in white -

a pretty sight to be seen.

Bushes are, themselves, a garden -

to be remembered in the spring;

A postcard scene on a winter's morn,

to me, is everything.

Peeling paint in a back alley caught my eye. Up close it resembled wriggling bacteria.

This little fellow was tiny, and this was the best I could do with an extension tube, but it shows how narrow the focus is. Macro lens on my wish list from the Easter Bunny! :-)

Variation of a painting from the Tate Britain gallery, London, UK.

The original artwork is the work of an unknown British avant-garde and contemporary artist. The texture I used comes from Lenabem-Anna, for which I thank her very much.

'Faith is not an intellectual thing.

It's a feeling.

You don't have to believe.

You only have to have the intent to believe.

You cannot will yourself to faith, but once you've removed the obstructions,

faith will be there

because it's a natural part of your being'
