Peeling paint in a back alley caught my eye. Up close it resembled wriggling bacteria.

Spring evening plant and animal finds.

Textures on the beach at Maryport. The main foreground rock had the most amazing textures and shapes running through it, almost looking like wood. The boulders behind, the movement in the sea and clouds above, giving an image full of different textures.

Fence post at the golden hour. AND a rainbow! What a gorgeous scene this was.

The original artwork is the work of an unknown British avant-garde and contemporary artist. The texture I used comes from Lenabem-Anna, for which I thank her very much.

The Milky Way over an unusually calm Lake Ontario. The yellow/orange light over Amherst Island is likely the lights of New York state, much further south.
