Crossing the terminator we often see an optical refraction phenomenon that I have not figured out yet.

First member of the Terminator squad in the new colour scheme. Rather then go all grey I have added more white to the armour to show the fact that he is part of the 1st Company. 142031 takes a short breather between duties at Lancaster before heading back to Barrow-in-Furness, with 156463 trailing behind for dear life.

Due to the rain, I never got to see much out of the window along the Cumbrian Coast, the windows were all steamed up. It was quite warm onboard considering. There was even a nice flat wheel to listen to for the entire five hours I spent on the thing.
