The gorgeous & talented Heather Evans Smith was my Divine Secret Santa this year, and I finally managed to get off my arse and take a selfie with the gifts I received for once.
So pleased to receive one of my favourite images as a print, and I hope to do a proper selfie with the beautiful red velvet hat included in the package.
For the record, I actually got 7 pairs of tights in total this year - 1 pair from my work Secret Santa; 5 pairs from my co-workers as I'm finishing up this coming Friday; and these, which are by far the most elaborate, though all fit with my fetish for bright and colourful tights :D Obviously folk have been paying attention!
Also pleased with receiving this beautiful edition of 'Alice in Wonderland & Through the Looking Glass'. I love the classic look Penguin editions like this!
My boy also gave me a beautiful book of Anton Corbijn's photography, and a DVD of a selection of his film clips. Plenty of inspiration to pore over!

i wouldn't make this up. well, i would, but i didn't. she lost to a 10 yr. old existentialist wearing a black leather jacket and wrap-around shades who played bye bye blackbird in his armpit. they asked him for a statement after winning, and he said "i like pie". this should be a picture of him but my contest shots were messy, and existentialists don't loiter. oh, i should add that she was very sweet to pose for me and she was a really good loser.
