NYSW local WS3 makes up their train at Cross St with NYSW SD40T-2 3014 leading a CSX GP40 LHF. The 3014 was built in April of 1978 for the Southern Pacific and still sees active service on the Southern Division from time to time.
One of the two main switches inside the last major 4160V substation in Fargo. I just liked the intricateness of the switch and accompanying hardware.
Arriving at Townsend, the Helena Switch gets to work. The first order of business is splitting the consist, so that SD40-2 262 can be dropped off for ballast train duty. How classy is that Northern Pacific-era searchlight signal bridge?
General Electric 45-ton side rod switcher refurbished by the Wisconsin Great Northern for the Lake Superior & Mississippi tourist railroad of Duluth, Minn. It will be used on the LS&M in 2020.
Taken on October 25,2019, at the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad of Trego, Wisc. The railroad offers both freight and passenger service over the former Chicago & North Western line between Spooner and Hayward.
I was lucky enough to snag a freedom teller coat for Rune while he was at the spa as well. I think these DH pants are a little long though...he needs some tailored ones ^_^

Having finished work at the cement plant, the Helena Switch eases towards Townsend. A closer look will note the through truss bridge in the background, carrying the MRL main across the Missouri River. As for the decrepit siding in the foreground, I guess one way to note a track as out of service is to erect a milepost between the rails.
Since Emmett got a new body it freed up his cobbled together spray painted body for my new Jasper and it’s nice having a Jasper who can wear his default clothing lol.
A Norfolk Southern SD40-2 equipped with remote control works the back and forth in Allen Park, Michigan.
DC Streetcar 202A (United Streetcar model 100, 2013) is seen switching into the traffic lane on H St NE from the dedicated lanes leading to the H St & 2nd St stop on the bridge over Union Station.
Rather than a simple reverse curve, the track geometry here includes a switch, which may have been a provision for future expansion west along H St.
Buttons and switches - This is my last shot from the new X-E2. I sold off my Fuji system to finance a full frame body. (dunno yet if I'll go for a Sony A7 or a Nikon D610)
T5 WOSR 4008 begins it work in Milton, WI switching the airgas plant before it continues it trip to Madison, WI.3-29-14
I see 4 shadows, but I only remember being with Dave and Davis? Anyway...the East Helena switch comes back towards town after an afternoon of being held in sidings.
Fully Charged Live 2021 (aka Fully Charged Outside) was the latest event to be held at the Farnborough International site in Farnborough, Hants. The three-day event hosted a huge selection of electric vehicles including two PSV products. There was also an internal Park & Ride bus service operating using 8 buses over the course of the event with the addition of an occasional trip to Farnborough (Main) railway station.
I visited on the overcast Saturday and returned on the sunny Sunday. For the record, buses seen were:
