This is another shot of the spectacular sunset the other night. I was so busy shooting in the other direction that I almost missed this wonderful display.
Every once in awhile you see a sunset that is special. And maybe that's entirely in the eye of the beholder. This one is special to me because it came at the end of a long day hiking with my siblings in Glacier National Park. That was six years ago already, but the brilliance of the sunset lives on in my mind's eye.
I wish there had been a few high clouds, and snow on the peaks, but oh well, it could have been a lot worse.
How to be in the right place at the right time more often? Luck! Jordan Lake in NC. SOOC (Straight Out of the Camera). Increasing the exposure helped for this shot.
