The other day I was so lucky to see all those colors over the sunset. The ugly and uncolorful view from my window became an impressionist painting.
A fiery sunset sky!
I'm going to be off for awhile ..I'm battling a rare cancer and I'm having major surgery tomorrow... Feb. 1st...I'll be glad when I feel better and can look at all your lovely photos!
I miss all of you and hope all is well with you! ♥
Sunset near Coquille Point, Bandon, Oregon, on the evening of the ninth day of our May 2016 road trip.
Hope you have a fine Sunday! Thanks, as always, for stopping by and for all of your kind comments -- I appreciate them all.

A timestack of the sunset - hundreds of frames of a sunset timelapse blended together so you can see the cloud trails.
I did this one entirely on the iPhone using the app iLapse for capturing and stacking the timelapse.
Check out the video I posted showing the stacking process here: flic.kr/p/txyXdm and the same frames as a classic timelapse here: flic.kr/p/sCfp47 and the behind the scenes setup here: flic.kr/p/t4wLHh

The sun is shining now but about an hour ago we had enormous claps of thunder followed by an enormous rain storm. It feels a bit symbolic of what is going on in the world around us.
Due to long-term poor health I'm unable to take on new contacts but do my best to reply to comments. Thank you so much for your interest, comments and favours on my photostream. Also for your good wishes. I send you joy and peace
