i can't believe its been more than six weeks that i have seen a decent sunset in Miami. longest that i have noticed dull, ugly sunsets. what happened to Miami sunsets is a mystery to me but hopes are still alive. one day they will return. hope all of you are doing good.

This was the view one night from the deck of my B&B. I snapped off a couple of quick hand-held shots.

One of my favourite "facts" to lay on people goes like this:

"British Columbia has the best sunsets in Canada." If/when people ask why that is I reply "Because it's the westernmost province and the sun sets in the west." Then I wait for reactions. :-)

So were driving home and just past Leadville, Co. when the sun starts to slide down, I'd just told Denise that this could be a good sunset but I wasn't expecting all this. I'd taked a few shots out the window without stopping knowing the camrea wasn't set right but when this came out I pulled slighting off the road because I was getting this one.

Really nice sunset to watch tonight. I especially liked how the setting sun illuminated the edges of the clouds
