Winnipeg's Assiniboine Park sunset Nov 23/09. Always expect the unexpected and carry your camera with you at all times.
Sunset a couple of weeks back looking across a field of hay bales towards Whitecroft / Gatcombe on the Isle of Wight .
Old Whitecroft chapel can be just made out in the distance on the right ,and Gatcombe house in the distance on the left .

Cornwalls Polkerris harbour this evening during a rather dramatic sunset! The giant Volcanic boulders added superbly to the ancient mystery of the Cornish Coastline.
The sunset at the beach was amazing yesterday! We had high tide in the morning and when it dropped back down again, it left a little shallow 'pond' on the surface of the sand, so I grabbed my three-year-old, headed out there, and let her loose.

Sunset over the River Humber on 18/05/18. I'd watched as the sun dipped behind a bank of cloud and I thought that was it, so I packed away the camera. Just as I was about to get back into the car, the sun re-appeared from beneath a layer of cloud and slowly moved further down behind another cloud layer. I got the camera back out and took a few images as part of the sun was sliced through by two cloud layers.
