It was all going on this evening

First some strange cloud formations passed overhead after what had been almost an clear sky. Then the rumbles of thunder indicating a storm. Next came a spectacular rainbow followed by an equally spectacular sunset in the other direction. Then as the sun faded and some brief flashes of lightning streaked the sky the heavens opened and both myself and Pops legged it (been doing a lot of that recently) to get back before getting a right drenching.
