A fearsome swamp-dweller, this cunning creature looks like taken out of nightmares. Using its lenghty legs to walk over deep ponds and blending in with the tall trees, it is a patient and dangerous hunter. Blind and deaf, it relies not only on an acute sense of smell, but also on a specialized set of spikes that allows it to sense movement and electrical fields on a radious of hundreds of meters. It also counts on feet that can sense vibratons on the water. To hunt, this resourceful animal hides between trees of at the level of the water, using its single antenna to produce pheromones and/or emmiting a light pattern to attract its prey. Once close enough, it uses the accumulated muscular force of its arms by stretching them like a spring, catching the food with a powerful grip. All these habilities combined make it quite the slippery target for Helio's forces, as it can easily sense their approach and scape on time, and one of the most succesful predators of the swamps.
