the floor is tanguile and there were so much discussions abt the finish and i end up just keeping its natural look. I also kinda like the old not so perfect finish of the store.
A very Loblaws looking Zehrs location. On the outside this Zehrs has a twink “peak” design like most larger Loblaws and RCSS locations. This is major departure, design wise, from the rest of the Zehrs chain that usually has locations with an orange wall. Inside, this store has been renovated from its original look to feature the new Zehrs interior design language. The store when opened was larger, featuring a full size general merchandise section like RCSS. However with the most recent reno, GM was downsized and the store was subdivided. Currently there is no tenant for the old GM section, so we’ll see what happens. Loblaw has been downsizing their lager Zehrs and Loblaws locations as of late, I’m not sure why.

A wonderful night at the Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip. Always gonna love these neon caricatures and, yes, I do recognize all of them!

Parque Arauco, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
The closest thing to an Apple Store in Santiago / Chile / Latin America (?). Very reflective windows.
This store is always so crowded, all day long. I cannot understand so many people needing iPods constantly! I would think by now, just about everyone has one already.
Market Mall in Saskatoon is a pretty big mall, for a residential neighbourhood in Saskatoon. And while it is somewhat cool, it really is a mall that could one day be abandoned. All of the major stores in the mall, including Shoppers Drug Mart, Safeway and Zellers are often deserted. So, it was odd, when I saw that this Zellers store has these huge signs everywhere around their store, inside and outside. In fact, outside, there were people standing on street corners holding sticks with these kind of signs on them.
Amelia, Tori and Eden got together to make a store, selling snacks to their parents. They pretty much cleaned us out
A little floating store on Shasta Lake. As I am now learning the Nik Collection I thought I would give Silver Efex Pro a try again. I already learned some stuff that I didn't know yet. I've got to say at this point it is really nice to have my Adobe, onOne and Nik software at my disposal. I do hope to improve my post processing as I really learn to use them all. They are kind of fun to use to when you have be at the computer or can't be out shooting.
