A favorite from last year. I was getting out my gear and turned around in time to get one frame of this. I love it when kids pose themselves.
It's almost spring like today, but it's still on the chilly side.
My work from home look, with a new cover-up I purchased from Ebay the other day. I wanted something to keep the sun of a little in the summer or for when I go on holiday abroad.
This was when I was helping to let the sheep and lambs out into the field for the first time this year.
Some photos from yesteryear taken with my first digital camera, an 8 MP Sony fixed lens F828.
It was the first 8 megapixel camera I could find.
Spring glory at the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe, Illinois.
My first time visiting the CBG in spring (2008). It was breathtaking!
Our 3 pink double flowering Cherry trees are now in bloom and they are lovely! This one is on the side yard. We are having wonderful spring weather!!!
There's a little bench under the tree...have a seat!
Spring Woodland – This is an image made one evening last year in the Lake District. It’s a woodland that I stumbled upon at the end of a very good days mountain walking. I was within a few miles of finishing the walk and I noticed a lovely south facing woodland with a carpet of bluebells. This image was made the very next evening. Looks peaceful doesn’t it, well I can tell you behind me was two tired hungry kids been bitten to death by midges and asking me how long till we go! Happy days!
