2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed - my final massive upload !

in the carpark of one of my clients

Peter loves to read. Since he was a fish fry, he loved to go through books. Here Peter shows off his usual trick - Speed Reading. Kids, don't try this at home!

So, I finally took the leap into large format. These photos are from one of the first times I used the camera body and Kodak Ektar 127mm f/4.7 lens. I'm pretty excited about the results, but there is still a lot of work on my technique to be got through before I think it's up to snuff. These are scans of contact prints, so they're less sharp than what you'd actually see on the print and definitely less sharp than the negatives. Regardless, I like the results and am very excited by the potential that will hopefully be realized once I evolve a better developing technique and focusing behavior.

Jason today welcomed the announcement by the Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin of the preferred route phase two HS2 high-speed rail network which will see new stations at Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester.

As a frequent rail user, Jason is delighted that HS2 will cut journey times from London to Leeds to 80 minutes, with London to Sheffield being just 69 minutes. The new lines will help to generate jobs, rebalance the economy and secure the country’s future prosperity. As Vice-Chairman of the APPG for Rail in the North, Jason will make the case for HS2 which will free up capacity on existing rail lines for more commuter, rural and freight services, and mean fewer cars and lorries on our roads, cutting congestion and carbon emissions.

I think the only pics I took of this was with a Sony T-1 p&s. I thought it was about time to give him the DSLR treatment.

This is probably my most favorite figure I have in my collection.
