This is just a sticker on a head tube. Speed Motors wasn't a bicycle brand. As far as I can tell Speed Motors wasn't a brand of anything, it's just a faux retro design. If you google "Speed Motors Unlimited" you'll see lots of photos of Ben Affleck wearing a t-shirt with the same logo.
