Today, I am scanning some slides I took in India a couple of years ago ... and I couldn't resist to uploading these two road signs I saw in Ladakh on our way to Lamayuru Monastry ...

i'm going to change up a lot of the properties so they're not all races (i think that'll get confusing) and i'm probably going to do something different for the other corner squares.

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2017

Corri su un rettilineo, senti la strada che bruccia sotto di te, credici. Alza lo sguardo. E' solo una la ruota che si alza da terra, quella davanti però, quella che prima incontrerà il metro successivo che sai in un attimo sarà già tuo.

Orlando discussed his ride with Otto and turned to Lammie.

" ... got the paint and stripes at Andolth's last year. Thanks, Lammie ! Pass my thanks to our friend too. " He looked at the vintage looking race car beyond the Hi-Roller, " That's a nice one ! I might get something like that."

Merek agreed," Yes, it's a replica of an early 1900s race car. It's owned by a fellow named Craig, he should be back soon."

" It probably doesn't handle near as well your road racer," Orlando quipped, " Not as fast I bet too."

Otto turned to him," Hold up, was that you driving away after Clyde at The Gun Club ?"

Merek answered for him, " Yes, Orlando borrowed my custom to test his taste for these cars. I didn't anticipate he'd enter a race but I know him to be a sensible man."

" Yea, that Clyde met me in the lounge even as I took the back door ! I took it easy and let him go." Orlando laughed, " The hi-Roller is so fast it walked away from his Camaro !"

" It should be, I'd put quite a bit of money into it." Merek stated, he looked to yet another new arrival to the cruise night.

(Miles per hour)

Usually, speed limits are capped at 75; any higher, and the federal government starts threatening to take away highway funding. This was part of a stretch in Utah that was testing an 80 speed limit. I heartily endorse this speed limit -- there's NOTHING OUT HERE! Let me get where I'm going and be done with it!

This speed limit sign is along North Main St in the affluent Koregaon Park section of Pune India. The speed is in Kilometers Per Hour (KPH) which converts to roughly 19 to 25 Miles Per Hour (MPH). This is a rather busy street and probably would not obtain these speed consistently with all the crossing traffic and pedestrians.
