I also saw some rhubarb at the Whole Foods store. Celery didn't work too well, too mono-colored. But I had hopes for rhubarb.
I think it looks great. Nice color, good contrast.
Cheers.

I thought I'd have a go at the obligatory in car light trails shot. I mounted the camera on a magic arm which was held in place via a suction cup attached to the glass of the sunroof. I also held a 430EXII in place using the same method, as the left side of the dash was relatively dark compared to all the lights on the right. I then used a remote to repeatedly fire the camera so that I could start if going and then concentrate on the driving.
Here's a single frame of me pulling into a Shell petrol station to refuel. I've not had the car long but I'm already back on Shell's Christmas card list!

Brooklands Centenary of Speed - Celebrating the last Land Speed Record achieved on a 'closed' Motor Racing Circuit
Scott Andrew Speed (born January 24, 1983) is an American race car driver. Formerly a driver for the Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 team, he made his Formula One race debut at the 2006 Bahrain Grand Prix, becoming the first American to race in F1 since Michael Andretti in 1993. Speed has currently turned his career towards stock car racing, specifically NASCAR while he was affiliated with Red Bull's racing program. He currently drives the #33 Chevrolet Impala for Kevin Harvick, Inc. in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.
Not the coolest of photos, but good enough to upload.
A glow-stick shot from a pellet rifle being split in two by a razor blade.
The exposure was kind of wonky (light/dark was kind of extreme) so I had to process it more than usual.
Cheers.
The XS - Striker is a speeder employed often by the inner city street gang know as the dark horde. While little is know about this groups operations they can often be seen speeding down back alley's howling and firing off there weaponry like they are griped with madness.
A two seater speeder, I forgot I Iike to build these things, so here's another one.

Speed in many ways is a movie that gets to the point. The poster tries the same. I hope I succeeded a little bit.
A few weeks ago at a garage sale I found one of those silly mini-animals that you put into water and let swell up to a billion times larger.
This one was a crab. It went from about 3 inches to about a foot.
It was too large to shoot as a whole critter, so I cut off the legs and tried a few shots.
This is a claw. One of these days I am going to have to figure out why red is such a problem in Lightroom.
I always seem to spend the most time trying to develop pictures with a lot of red in them.
Cheers.
Eigenlijk een beetje verrast door de trein (hoe is het mogelijk.....) en op goed geluk afgedrukt. In Lightroom een beetje met het histogram gespeeld om eens te kijken wat je er nog van kunt maken ;-)
While waiting on the station I was surprised by this raging train (how is it possible you would ask.....) and I pushed the button. I did a shuffle with the histogram in Lightroom and this was the result.
