I'm a huge fan of Rey in the new Star Wars trilogy. This build started when I bought the official Rey's speeder set, and didn't love how out of scale it was with the Rey minifig, and how inaccurate it was compared to the movie version.
Despite my best efforts, I ended up building a version that was still too big for the Rey minifig, and probably close to the same scale as the original set. Buuut I think it looks much more movie accurate now, and I'm really pleased with the shaping and details I was able to include.
Also, it's been a little while since I built or posted anything here. Like 7 years. (My handle used to be Vid, in case anyone is wondering who this rando is in their feed). It's good to be back! I have like 3-ish additional MOCs in progress, I'm making slow progress but I'm really liking where they are going. Maybe I'll post some pictures of where I'm at soon.

From a moving car in a tunnel in Rouen, France. (The quality isn't the best, but I really like the effect so I'm posting it anyway!)
this is one of my favorite photos from my trip. on the back of a truck... this indicates the maximum speed they can drive on the larger roads.

Solar Storm Industry: Phantom X4
Category : Nightline City
If you want to be seen on the street, the Phantom X4 is your choice. Speed, maneuverability and a striking design, the Phantom X4 was developed according to this solution. A light pulse generator motor guarantees acceleration values below 1.8 seconds from 0 - 150 km / h. Humans suffer without adequate equipment, lack of consciousness. That is why this speeder is driven almost exclusively by other forms of life.

Lately i digitized my old 4x5 inch b&w films. It all began with this old Speed Graphic with an adapted Aero-Ektar a friend brought back from the United States in 1978.
An Italo ETR 675 high-speed set snakes through the curves west of Firenze Statuto station as part of the wye move all through-running (between Milan and Rome) high-speed services must make in order to serve Florence's main station at Santa Maria Novella. A project is currently underway to build a brand-new, subterranean high speed rail terminal underneath Santa Maria Novella, to increase speeds through the city by eliminating this awkward reverse move.

In the Aquazone, the fight for control of the crystal mines doesn't always take place underwater. With the Aquanaut's NS2 and the Aquashark's DX5, the surface of the sea is just as fiercely contested.
These two speeders were created for the FBTB Themed Speeder Bike contest. These were designed for the Aquazone theme.

A few more pics of the Hover-Speeder from yesterday.
And loving those new wheel hubs. They're just perfect for spaceship engines :D
The city has built 20 of these permanent speed bumps, or traffic calmers as they are sometimes called, on a few problem streets.
These lockdowns I have noticed have really affected some peoples driving - speeding, impatient and aggressive behavior

A shot from New Years Day at Manini, our local surf spot. I don't remember this surfer's name, unfortunately. I have a few more decent shots of him, so I'll have to find out.
Oh, I like the large size of this shot.
